Avanta Supplier app: help and support

For help with the app, your account or a job, get in touch. For a job, please give its booking reference.

Companies sign in with the email address and password from when the company was approved. Forgotten your password? Use Forgot password on the supplier website you joined through, or email us and we will help.

Drivers tap I am a driver, enter the mobile number their company gave us, and type the code we send by text. There is no password to remember.

If the app says it is not available for your account yet, your company has not been set up for the app: email us and we will switch it on.

• Offered: price requests. Name your price, or decline.
• Active: jobs that are yours, with the full details. Assign a driver on any job.
• On the day, the button at the bottom of the screen takes the closest job through its steps: On my way, Arrived, Passenger on board, Completed. On my way opens 8 hours before the pickup.
• Location is shared only while a job is under way, so the office handling the job can follow the car. It stops when the job is completed.

A company can delete its account in the app:

1. Open the menu (☰) and choose Company profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
3. Check what will happen, then confirm with your password.

Sign-in stops straight away for the company, its website login and its drivers. We pay anything we still owe you, then erase your company’s contact details, bank details, documents and drivers’ details within 30 days. We keep the records of past jobs and payments, as the law requires. A job that is under way has to finish first.

A driver can delete their own sign-in: at the bottom of My jobs, tap Delete my driver account. Their phone number, email and photos are removed and they can no longer sign in; their company keeps their name on the jobs they did.

Can’t open the app? Email contactus@avanta-tech.co.uk from the address you sign in with, and we will delete the account for you.
